Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from NordicNaturePrints.com, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

NordicNaturePrints.com is a sole trader business operated by Sietse de Koning, based in Sweden. Contact: sietsevdn@gmail.com.

2. Products

All prints are photographic art prints produced on demand. Images are displayed as accurately as possible on the website, but slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen calibration and the printing process. This is normal and not a defect.

All photographs and imagery on this website are the original work of Sietse de Koning and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print gives you a physical copy for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the images commercially without written permission.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and begin production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be refunded in full.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in SEK (Swedish kronor) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We do not currently charge VAT as we qualify for the Swedish VAT exemption for small businesses (momsbefrielse).

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace's payment system. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page for full details. Because all prints are made to order, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply. However, we will always resolve quality issues or damaged goods promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, and design — is owned by Sietse de Koning and is protected by Swedish and international copyright law. Nothing on this website may be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts. As a consumer in another EU country, you may also be entitled to rely on mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

For disputes, EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
