Made-to-Order Prints

All prints sold through NordicNaturePrints.com are produced on demand — each print is made specifically when you place your order. Because of this, your prints are custom-made goods produced to your specification (the image, size, and finish you selected at checkout).

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly made to the consumer's specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is excluded for this reason.

We are transparent about this because we think it is the right thing to do. We encourage you to take your time selecting your prints and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Quality Issues & Damaged Goods

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on the website, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange a reprint or a full refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

Because prints go into production quickly after an order is placed, cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to help.
